• Marketing activities: For the purpose of distributing customer gifts for sales, we process name, first name, contact information, and images. The information will not be disclosed to third parties and will be deleted after 2 years. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the European General Data Protection Regulation - our predominant interest is in long-term customer retention.
   
• Marketing newsletter: For the purpose of conducting demand-driven actions for individual sales areas, we process name, first name, and contact information. The information will not be disclosed to third parties and will be deleted after 2 years. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the European General Data Protection Regulation - our predominant interest is in maintaining the business relationship.
   
• Acquisition of business from suppliers: For the purpose of handling the acquired business, we process contact information of the supplier's employees/customers. The information will not be disclosed to third parties and will be deleted after 2 years. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the European General Data Protection Regulation (necessary for the performance of a contract).
   
• Sales/purchase: For the purpose of business correspondence, we process contact information and any other information provided to us by private customers/employees of customers. The information will not be disclosed to third parties and will be deleted upon termination of the business relationship. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the European General Data Protection Regulation (necessary for the performance of a contract).
   
• Customer/Supplier events: For the purpose of distributing customer gifts for sales, we process name, business address, event date. The information will not be disclosed to third parties and will be deleted after 6 years. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the European General Data Protection Regulation (our predominant interest is in long-term customer loyalty).
   
• Sample shipping (by suppliers): For the purpose of initiating a business relationship, we process customer contact information and business address, customer region, product names for sample shipping, individual message (form). The information will be passed on to the supplier (if involved in shipping) and will be deleted after 2 years. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the European General Data Protection Regulation (necessary for the performance of a contract).
   
• End-use declarations from customers: For the purpose of documenting the use of goods and the recipient country, we process company name, address, VAT number, name, position, date, signature, intended use, ID number of the signing person, and issuing authority. Information will only be disclosed to regulatory authorities in the event of an investigation. Data will be deleted after 18 months. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(c) of the European General Data Protection Regulation (necessary for compliance with a legal obligation).
   
• Hotel booking for business partners: For the purpose of booking accommodations, we process the company name, name of employees of customers/suppliers. The information will be passed on to the hotel and deleted after 2 years. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the European General Data Protection Regulation (our predominant interest is in long-term customer loyalty).
   
• Recording of license plates of pick-up/delivery drivers: For the purpose of documenting pick-up, we process license plate numbers, signatures. The information will be passed on to the service provider Doodle AG and deleted no later than 30 days after the last scheduled appointment. • Business Warehouse: For the purpose of analyzing customer and supplier information, we process customer and supplier addresses. The information will not be disclosed to third parties and will be deleted after 10 years.
