At OQEMA, we are convinced that long-term economic success can only be achieved by being aware of risks and opportunities and by complying with rules and standards. We have therefore committed ourselves to a strict code of conduct that applies to all employees.

Our approach to compliance management is preventative: we sensitize and inform our workforce in order to prevent potential breaches of rules in advance. All employees in the OQEMA Group receive regular training in compliance.

As part of this commitment, we also expect our suppliers to act in accordance with OQEMA's Supplier Code of Conduct. We believe in collaborative relationships based on integrity and mutual trust. By maintaining the same high standards as we do, our suppliers help to uphold our shared values and ensure the quality of our products and services.

OQEMA has established a whistleblower system in order to detect any legal or regulatory violations as swiftly as possible. This requires the attention of all employees as well as their willingness to immediately draw attention to possible, severe regulatory violations in case of concrete evidence. This applies to tips from employees as well as those from business partners, customers or other third parties. Information can be submitted via the whistleblower system, to the e-mail address compliance( at )oqema.com or relayed to a compliance officer via direct contact. All tips are handled strictly confidentially and anonymity is preserved.
